The privacy pledge
Your privacy is more important than our profit. That is the rule every decision at Steiner Developers passes through — this page is its fine print, in plain English, because “we respect your privacy” should be checkable, not just repeatable.
This website
- Sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
- Runs no JavaScript — the page you are reading contains none.
- Loads no third-party resources: no analytics, no ad networks, no external fonts, no CDN calls. Every byte comes from our own server.
- Keeps only the minimal connection logs required to operate the server; they are used for troubleshooting, never sold, and pruned routinely.
- Asks for nothing — no account, no email, no consent banner needed to simply read it.
Our apps
- Your data stays on your device by default. Where sync exists, it is opt-in and end-to-end encrypted — we couldn’t read it even if asked.
- The only network calls are ones you start: an optional currency-rate lookup, and backups to storage you own and encrypt yourself.
- No trackers, ever. No advertising SDKs, no analytics beacons, no fingerprinting — not in our apps, not in their dependencies.
- We never sell, rent, or share personal data, because we deliberately don’t hold any.
- Minimum data by design: every app’s own privacy page lists exactly what it touches and why. If a feature doesn’t need your data, it doesn’t get your data.
- No account required wherever the product can work without one.
- Leaving is easy: full export in open formats, and deleting your data removes everything we hold — backups included — within 30 days.
If this page ever changes
Material changes get announced here and inside the affected app — not slipped in quietly between releases.
